If you become a client (via the setup/onboarding process), we collect what’s
required to fulfill the service.
- Business name, business contact info, and basic business details
- Domain and DNS-related information (for deliverability configuration)
- GoHighLevel access details or coordination with your tech team
- Assets you provide (logos, brand info, offer details, messaging copy)
- Project communications and support messages
We only request what’s needed to build your account correctly.
How we use information
- To build/configure your GoHighLevel system (pipelines, calendars, automations, etc.)
- To set up deliverability basics (DNS/SPF/DKIM/DMARC guidance and configuration)
- To provide documentation/SOPs and support during/after your build
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
We only share data with third-party services when required to deliver the service
(for example: GoHighLevel, email/SMS providers, domain/DNS services).

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to what’s necessary for fulfillment.
