Terms of Service

These terms explain how our implementation service works, what you can expect, and what we need from you to deliver the build.

What we do

GHLTrainer.com provides professional GoHighLevel implementation and automation setup for businesses. This includes building system components (pipelines, calendars, forms, automations), deliverability basics, and SOP handoff based on the information you provide.

We are not GoHighLevel and are not endorsed by GoHighLevel.

Client responsibilities

  • You provide accurate business info and onboarding details.
  • You provide access (or coordinate with your tech team) needed to fulfill work.
  • You confirm required assets (domain, DNS, branding, messaging) in a timely manner.
  • You are responsible for your compliance (TCPA, A2P, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and your offer.

What we do NOT guarantee

  • Lead volume, revenue, or business outcomes.
  • Perfect inboxing/deliverability (we implement best practices, results vary).
  • Approval outcomes for third-party compliance programs (A2P, carrier filtering, etc.).

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before work begins. If your purchase includes recurring charges, you are responsible for those charges until you cancel per the terms of the offer you purchased.

If you’re paying for both a service and a software subscription, those are different things. Your receipt/checkout should make that clear.

Third-party tools & access

We may configure or integrate third-party services (domains/DNS, email/SMS providers, GoHighLevel features, etc.) as part of fulfillment. You agree that third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and availability, and we are not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, or account restrictions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Reminder: We build the system correctly. You run the business. Implementation is the foundation — not a guarantee of results.
