We sell implementation work. Once we start building your system, time and labor are being consumed. This policy is designed to be fair and dispute-proof.

Before work starts

If you request cancellation before work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund. Work is considered “started” when we begin configuring your account, building assets, or executing the implementation plan based on your onboarding.

After work starts

Once work has started, fees are generally non-refundable because the service is custom and labor-based.

  • Implementation time, configuration, and documentation are non-refundable once started.
  • If a project is paused due to missing access/info, time already spent remains non-refundable.

Partial refunds (rare, case-by-case)

In limited situations, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion based on the work completed, access delays, and the feasibility of completing the project.

Important: If your purchase includes third-party software costs or usage fees, those are governed by the third party and may not be refundable by us.
